An almanac of school calendars for every K-12 district
Day-level calendar data for all 50 states + DC, resolved to the school district. Spring break, winter break, teacher in-service, first and last day — structured, scored, and ready to drop into your demand model.
An independent, commercial dataset — not affiliated with any school, district, or the Dept. of Education.
How we build it
Board-adopted calendars, district PDFs and portals — collected, parsed, and reconciled against NCES records.
Scored
A 0–1 score tells you which dates are verified from source versus inferred, so you can filter to your threshold.
Joinable
Standard identifiers on each district — join straight onto Census, enrollment, or your own geodata.
Fresh
Calendars change. We re-check sources every day and version the diffs so your features never go stale.
Honest coverage
40% of districts have a confirmed 2026–27 calendar today — we’re collecting the rest now, and every estimated date is labeled as such on the page. Earlier years run 76–84% confirmed. We’d rather show you a gap than paper over it.
Who uses this
When 46 million kids go on break, families move. Parks fill, flights book, hotels surge. We turn the raw calendar into a clean, joinable feature — no scraping, no PDF parsing, no guessing which of a state's 900 districts start early.
